Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character from ABC's Lost series, and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace is originally from Worthington in Ohio, dropped out of high school in order to move into Los Angeles after her divorced parents. Although she was struggling financially in 2001, her debut came in the role of Rachel's Room's primary character. After earning an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her portrayal in Murder on the streets of Greenwich of a 15-year young Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace went on to be awarded. In 2004 Grace was chosen to play Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost where she acted as a principal actor for the first two seasons.
