Michael Keaton, an American actor and producer, is best known for his role in Birdman. A multifaceted actor, he's adept at playing comedic as well as dramatic characters. His work has led him to portray a couple of romantic characters, and he's appeared in several films. The actor began his interest in acting and performing when the age of his teens and was a novice at stand-up comedy while an adult. It wasn't a great comedy career, but it did pave the way for an acting career. It was not easy to find his goals as a comic, and so the next step was to become a cameraman for a cable channel. He realized that his true interest was working in front of the camera when he worked for a cable station. Then he was able to get a television role and appeared in several episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. His natural talent as an actor made him popular in TV. His comedic roles brought him fame and a successful film career. The career of his character was further boosted through his role as Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. The actor grew in his craft over time and ventured into the direction and production worlds. The performance he made in 2014's Birdman brought him nominations and prizes.
